Leave the heart-shaped print and pinks in your wardrobe – this Valentine’s day our vibes are subtle and we’re gravitating towards easy pieces that do all the work for you. No Valentine? No worries. I’ve still got you covered if your plans including running off with the girls or a friendly date with a pal. You’re gonna kill it ?
THE PAL-ENTINES DATE
This Off-The-Shoulder H&M dress is one of my favourite buys this Summer, and a complete steal at $59.99. Perfect for showing off your sun-kissed shoulders, this pastel blue number with ruffles can be dressed up with a pair of lace-up heels, or down with sneakers depending on your plans. It also buttons all the way down if you don’t want to show a lot of Angelina-level leg.
THE GAL-ENTINES DATE
For when you and your girlfriends are basking in the sunshine, sipping on Pimm’s or Aperol Spritz (your choice) at a day time festival. Another Off-The-Shoulder number makes the cut, but this time with long, tie details you leave hanging or whip into a bow. Bring this super simple outfit together perfectly with a striped midi skirt, and low nude sandals that will keep your feet happy from all the dancing you’re bound to partake in.
THE VALENTINES DATE
First off, you GO GURL for landing yourself a proper date. If your plans are a little fancy-pants, this Kookai dress is a go-to. Simple, flattering and a definite show stopper. You can never go wrong with a LBD, so pair it with the Tony Bianco Libby boots and you’re good to go – throw on a khaki bomber jacket to match in case the weather cools down too.
And that’s it! Hope this helped with some last minute outfit inspo, let me know what your plans are below in the comments! ?
